Position Description
As the Director, Property Management, 80% of your job responsibility is devoted to outside sales. In this position qualified candidates will be responsible for identifying leads and prospective properties, traveling to meet with property owners/managers, establishing new business relationships, and making outbound sales calls.Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, with particular emphasis on key accounts through appointments, cold calls, and presentations
- Increasing sales opportunities through "consultative" techniques
- Gathering competitor information and gaining market intelligence
- Attending and participating in networking events in order to establish and strengthen relationships with clients
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
- Familiarity with the Metro-Atlanta area with valid GA driver license
- Excellent computer skills including, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Have a “can do” attitude with the ability and desire to "make things happen"
- Dynamic, high-energy personality. A leader who is hands-on, and leads by example
- Have perseverance and be sales-driven
- Have a sense of urgency and a sense of commitment, with strong, follow-up skills
- Demonstrate time management, scheduling and organizational skills
- Maintain a proven track record to meet targets, combined with high standards and a desire to be continuously challenged
- Have strong, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
Additional Duties
The selected candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the development of Clarendon Media, another subsidiary of Clarendon Companies. The selected candidate will:
- Select sites for future billboard installation based on traffic counts and community demographics
- Locate, read, and understand city, county, and state ordinances governing the installation of billboards
- Manage all related sales team members associated with Clarendon Media and Elite Parking Corporation
Travel
Typically, travel will be limited to Atlanta, but candidate may be required to travel further 5% of the time.

Position Description
- Provide effective leadership, coordination and planning for cash operations, parking enforcement, facility management
- Evaluate systems and processes, establish priorities and procedures that will increase operational efficiency
- Maintain adequate and effective staffing. Provide professional and technical direction to staff, as well as guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors in the daily practice of effective staff relations including hiring, evaluation, discipline and discharge. Develop, organize, conduct and/or coordinate ongoing staff training and professional development
- Assist president in developing and implementing short- and long- term strategic goals and objectives. Establish and adjust work methods and procedures and develop and recommend plans, strategies to increase efficiency of services and insure effective program growth
- Sale our services through Face to face sales calls, including assembling proposals, telephone sales and/or other marketing projects to grow the company
- Act as a primary contact for clients and vendors
- Certain accounts payable and receivable functions, such as billing individual and corporate accounts using QuickBooks Pro
- Maintain weekly and monthly financial reports
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse workload
- Excellent computer skills including, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Knowledge of network administration and computer hardware/software troubleshooting a plus
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required or a minimum of three years of office/sales experience
- A positive “can do” attitude
Travel
This position requires 20% in office work as Office Manager, and 80% outside sales as Sales Representative. Typically, travel will be limited to Atlanta, but may be required to travel further.

We are seeking a team-player, who is comfortable interfacing with all levels of management and external vendors. Candidates must possess the ability to provide top-notch administrative support through:
- Complex calendar management and scheduling
- Screening and routing incoming telephone inquiries
- Taking dictation and drafting correspondence
- Coordinating all travel logistics
- Processing disbursements and expense reports
- Maintaining contact database, personal and business files
- Coordinating in-house business meetings
Candidate Requirements
